Sole is a concentrated solution of water and pink Himalayan salt that has been fully saturated, creating a mineral-rich elixir. Advocates claim that consuming sole may provide various health benefits, including improved hydration, electrolyte balance, and mineral absorption due to its rich mineral content.
- 12 ounce mason jar with lid
- large pink Himalayan sea salt crystals or 1/4 cup ground pink Himalayan sea salt

Instructions
- Place your Himalayan sea salt crystals or ground salt into our mason jar or jar with lid
- Add enough water to fill the jar
- Place the lid on the jar to seal it
- Give the jar a good shake and then set it aside
- Allow to sit for 12 - 24 hours
- If the salt dissolves after 24 hours add more salt in small amounts until it no longer dissolves
- To ensure full saturation, make sure there is always some undissolved salt in the mix and continue to fill the mason jar up to the shoulder with water.
- This saturated mixture can last for a very long time.
To use Sole add one teaspoon to a glass of water, fruit juice sparkling water etc. For added flavor you can add some slices of fresh or frozen fruit, cucumber slices, mint leaves etc.
