Homemade Vegan Gluten Free Ramen Soup - Dry Canned
Homemade Vegan Gluten-Free Ramen Soup crafted with dehydrated vegetables and homemade vegan bouillon offers a wholesome and allergen-friendly twist on a beloved classic. - gluten free ramen noodles ( I prefer Lotus Foods Organic Millet and Brown Rice Ramen Noodles)
- dehydrated vegetables of your choice, ( I use peas, corn, carrot, mushrooms, broccoli etc)
- 1 tablespoon homemade vegan bouillon (or more to tase)
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Line up your pint jars on your counter (as many as you want to make ahead)
- place one brick (break as needed) inside your pint jar
- add 1 tablespoon each of your chosen dehydrated vegetables
- add 1 tablespoon of the vegan bouillon
- place lid on your jar and store in your cupboard until ready to consume
When ready to consume add enough boiling water to the shoulder of the jar and place the lid on.
Being very careful as the jar can become very hot; give the jar a good shake and set aside for 10 - 15 mins.
Open carefully and enjoy your nutritious homemade ramen soup! Add salt and pepper to taste.
